College Rules

Application should be made on the prescribed form attached with the prospectus and submitted along with the following:

  1. Two passport size
  2. Date of birth
  3. 10th and 12th certificates and mark
  4. Certificate of good conduct (not more than 6 months old) from the head of institute last attended or from a gazetted officer or Municipal
  5. Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical officer along with the
  6. In case of Air Force Personnel and their dependants, dependant certificate as well as certificate on posting strength is to be submitted by the candidate to avail discount in fees . Ex-servicemen are required to submit pension related
Fee will be charged on installment basis as per the details attached at appendix 1.
  1. All the fee except the prospectus fee is payable by DD/Account payee cheque/Debit or Credit *No cash is accepted.
  2. Fee once paid whether prospectus, admission, tuition or any other is not refundable
The caution money is refundable within six months from the date of leaving the college or on completion of the course. It is the duty of the student to claim refund within the stipulated time else it will be forfeited.
Students should be regular and punctual throughout the session. They should be present on the first day of orientation. By the end of the academic year each student should have a minimum of 75% attendance. This will be followed strictly and students with less than 75% attendance will not be eligible to appear for examination In case of sudden illness medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner along with the leave application should be submitted to the course- incharge. Application should be countersigned by the Pa rent I Guardian and his / her signatures should tally with the college records. Students to report to the college before 08:00 AM. The college gate will be closed at 8:10 AM. No student will be allowed to enter the premises after that.
THE PRINCIPAL HAS FULL POWERS TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST INDISCIPLINE ON THE PART OF THE STUDENT WHICH MAY INVOLVE THIER RUSTICATION FROM THE COLLEGE . All students to observe rules & regulations that may be enforced from time to time. Misconduct in the shape of dis-obedience of the lawful orders of Lecturers and Principal shall be severely dealt with. Habitual absence, late coming or rude behavior shall NOT be tolerated and shall lead to expulsion or suspension from the college.
On admission to the college, an identity card will be issued to each student which should be carried by him I her at all times. The students shall properly preserve this card which they have to return to the college on completion of the course. In case of loss of the identity card, duplicate card will be issued on payment of Rs. 100/
No student will misuse or damage the property of the college. Students are responsible for the upkeep of books, equipment, tools and instruments used by them. Any damage caused to the property of the college shall be made good by the student concerned. Students are advised not to carry expensive items,jewellery and cash to the college. The institute shall not be responsible for the loss of personal property by the student while at the college.
The College has a compact but well-stocked library consisting of books (for issue I reference) on various vocational courses. It also has books of general nature. In addition, newspapers and magazines are also made available to students for reading in their spare time. Every year efforts are made to add latest books as required and as recommended by the course-incharges. A reference action is also set up for the benefit of the students. Sets of old question papers and handbills are available in the library. Books are issued for a specific time. If not returned on time, a fine @ 5/- per day will be charged.
Important information and announcements will be made by the college from time to time. Therefore, it is compulsory for the students to read the notice board everyday.
The college provides various opportunities to each & every students to show his/her talent by organizing various competitions and activities throughout the year. The students develop self confidence and better expression techniques. Workshops are organized each year and subject experts are called to educate the students. Out station trips are organized to give practical training. Educational visits, Market surveys, are organized for the benefit of the students.
